We do not endorse or officially represent any of the companies for which we provide leads and CPA results for.
InnerCircle is a subscription based service which is billed on a monthly cycle.
- InnerCircle is not officially affiliated with Liberty League.
- InnerCircle is not officially affiliated with Lifepath.
- InnerCircle is a qualified Google Professional but is not and cannot be said to be an official partner of Google or other search engines.
- InnerCircle is an independent CPA based service which supplies leads on behalf of its members.
- We are not associates ourselves of any home based business programs.
Your monthly subscription to InnerCircle is paid on a monthly basis and you will be automatically billed via credit card. If you card is declined our system will retry your card the next day. If we still cannot bill you, your subscription will be canceled. Please note if you wish to re-join all you need to do is purchase another membership through the online shop. We cannot manually re-add you to the system.
Website Ethics & Compliance
InnerCircle runs and maintains a network of websites designed to "capture lead details" so that our members may contact these prospects to present their business opportunity, product or service. This is the same model as affiliate marketing or CPA based performance campaigns.
We will at all times strive to remain compliant with the official company policies and are happy to make changes to our sites if so directed. Furthermore we have implemented our own internal "ethical guidelines" that govern the fundamental aspects of our website network.
- All websites will carry or link to a privacy policy that clearly states how we will use customer data. This privacy policy states that customer data we capture will or may be shared with our agents or sub-contractors.
- We will not use testimonials unless the accuracy of the testimonial can be verified in writing by the individual or company. This individual or company is responsible for the accuracy of their claims.
- We will not list income or earning potential unless these earnings are verified in writing by the individual or company. The individual or company is responsible for the accuracy of their claims.
- We will not list outrageous, inflated or un-reasonable income or earning claims.
- We will not use pictures of lamborghinis, speed boats or people throwing wads of cash in the air.
We actively support and encourage other websites to follow these guidelines and encourage agencies working on behalf of these clients to consider this as well.
Compliance
InnerCircle will strive to adhere with official policies of companies of who's members we supply services for.
- If you believe your company to be exempt from these guidelines and wish to provide official documentation you may do so by emailing help@joininnercircle.com
- If you wish to request changes etc to our websites so they are more compliant with your internal guidelines you can email us at help@joininnercircle.com
- We will not be held accountable for changes made at the behest of official companies which interupt or change the quality/delivery of our service.
If changes made at the behest of official companies make it impossible for us to continue delivering our service, all accounts will be canceled at the beginning of their next monthly cycle. We will not refund any money as the changes are beyond our control, please contact you companies head office.
Automatic Credit Card Charges
When you signup for InnerCircle you agree that we will automatically charge your credit card each month for your monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time but must do so within 3 days of your next credit card charge.
Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time by using the "Support > Cancellation" form in the members area. This is the simplest and best way to cancel.
- You must cancel with at least 3 days remaining before your next membership payment is due. For example if you sign up on January 1st 2009 you next credit card charge will be on February 1st 2009 - 12:01am. You must cancel before January 29th - 12:01am.
- Cancellations requested within 3 days of your renewal or "a couple of days after" will be at our discretion.
- To check your next billing date visit the members area and visit the billing section.
- Cancellations taken over the phone, skype or direct email MAY SLIP THROUGH THE SYSTEM. The only correct way to cancel your account is using the cancellation form which has been built for this reason.
In the event of cancellation of our services, all payments up to the cancellation date will be due. Upon canceling InnerCircle, any amounts owing to InnerCircle will need to be paid in full, any outstanding amounts will be due within 7 business days of cancellation.
Lead Volume
We do not gaurantee a set number of daily leads. Lead volume is based on the daily CPA we are able to achieve with Google Adwords.
Preference
We do supply leads via preference. Leads are supplied evenly via computerised rotation.
Google Adwords Management & Budget
InnerCircle on behalf of it's members will pay all PPC costs with Google Adwords. The budget may be allocated on behalf of it's members to use on other major search engines such as Yahoo, MSN and Facebook. Our direction and management of the budget is agreed to by members as a fundamental part of our system.
InnerCircle will maintain 1 central Google Adwords account. This account is not accessible to members and remains the property of InnerCircle.
While InnerCircle will strive to achieve the best possible ROI from PPC sources it is our legal obligation to make the following statements.
- InnerCircle does not guarantee a set number of leads or conversions
- InnerCircle does not guarantee a specific placement on Google or other search engines
- InnerCircle does not guarantee a specific CPC will be met
Upon leaving InnerCircle there will be no refunds of residual budget.
We will at all times strive to remain compliant with search engine terms of service and cannot foresee or predict their changes which may effect the running of our own service.
We do not consider ourselves a lead supplier or vendor. Our system is a co-operative real-time search marketing campaign. If you are used to dealing with traditional lead vendors and expect certain things like refunding "bad leads" etc it's not going to happen.
User Website's
The website's, templates and unique designs of the InnerCircle system remain our intellectual property and cannot be reproduced or taken without our consent. All user generated content can be exported, reproduced and copied fairly.
No illegal or pornographic content may be placed on website's using the InnerCircle system.
Anti Spam Compliance
The email marketing software provided by InnerCircle complies with Australia, US and international spam laws. The misuse of this software for illegal spamming purposes is not endorsed by InnerCircle and we cannot be held liable for the way in which our technology is used. We have tried very hard to develop a system which is compliant and user friendly and always educate our users to comply with anti spamming guidelines.
We cannot provide services and support in instances where anti-spam laws may be broken. There are no grey areas here. Basically if you use the system as intended you will be fine.
Copyright
Bidding on the InnerCircle name in context to this system and software is strictly forbidden. The use of our domain or reference to in advertising offline and in PPC engines and Google is not allowed.
We reserve the right to request take down, edit or removal of 3rd party references to the InnerCircle as we see fit.
General conditions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law in force in the State of Queensland, Australia, and the parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia and courts of appeal from them for determining any dispute concerning the Terms and Conditions.
All payments on this website are processed in Australian dollars.
InnerCircle reserves the right to use a debt collector at your expense if there are any unpaid invoices overdue by 60days.
These Terms and Condition can be modified at any time by InnerCircle and you agree to continue to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as modified. We will give you notice of these changes by publishing revised Terms and Conditions on this website - we will not separately notify you of these changes.
If the whole or any part of a provision of these Terms and Conditions are void, unenforceable or illegal in a jurisdiction it is severed for that jurisdiction. The remainder of the Terms and Conditions have full force and effect and the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction is not affected. This clause has no effect if the severance alters the basic nature of the Terms and Conditions or is contrary to public policy.
If more information is needed by you for the setup of your new or existing account, there will be a delay in setting up your account, InnerCircle will not be held responsible for the delay in this case.
After the setup of your new account has been done there is no refund for the setup fee.
Lead Policy
- We DO NOT refund or resupply "bad leads".
- We DO NOT resupply incorrect phone numbers.
- We CANNOT stop students or foreigners on work visas filling out forms.
- We CANNOT stop job seekers filling out forms.
We do not target countries outside of those we specify above. You can clearly see on our lead capture page that we specify a home business.
